These terms cover your use of timberridgecollective.com (the “site”), which is run by Timber Ridge Collective (“TRC”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Using the site

The site is here to tell you about TRC: the race team, our clinics, events and partners. You’re welcome to browse it, share links to it and get in touch through it. Please don’t:

  • use it for anything illegal,
  • try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it,
  • copy large parts of it, or use automated tools to send messages through the contact form, or
  • send us anything threatening or abusive, or anything you don’t have the right to share.

Events, clinics and race schedules

Dates, venues, riders and other details on the site are our best information when we publish them, and they can change. Nothing on the site books you a place or creates a contract. A spot at a clinic or event is only confirmed when we confirm it with you directly, and any agreement, waiver or terms we give you at that point apply alongside these.

Motocross and the outdoor activities we’re involved in carry a real risk of injury. Nothing on this site is safety, training or legal advice.

Content and trademarks

The text, photos, logos and design of this site belong to TRC or to the people who let us use them. Partner and sponsor names and logos belong to their owners.

You may not copy, reuse or sell any part of the site, including its code and design, without our written permission.

What you send us

When you send us a message, you’re confirming that it’s accurate and yours to share. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

The site links to other websites, such as our partners and our social media pages. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they treat your information.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise that it will always be up, that it will be free of errors, or that everything on it is complete and current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TRC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or your inability to use it, from relying on anything published on it, or from the conduct or content of anyone else on it. This applies under any legal theory, even if we were told such damages were possible.

Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Montana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page, and using the site after that means you accept the new version. If we don’t enforce part of these terms at some point, we haven’t given up the right to enforce it later.
